The IRS is expanding previously issued relief that extends to requirements relating to low-income housing projects and to issuers of exempt facility bonds financing qualified residential rental projects. In addition, the IRS is expanding emergency housing and compliance monitoring relief for victims living in Butte, Los Angeles, and Ventura Counties.
